    List of Ingredients


    • 4 eggs
    • 2 c. sugar
    • 2 tsp. vanilla
    • 2 c. flour
    • 1 tsp. baking powder
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 1 c. milk
    • 2 tbsp. butter
    • FROSTING:
    • 1 large cool whip or 2 pkg. Dream Whip
    • 1 box pudding


    Instructions


    1. Heat milk and butter until butter is melted. Beat eggs until light. Add sugar and beat well. Add vanilla.
    2. Mix in warm milk. Add flour, salt, and baking powder and mix well.
    3. Pour into greased 9x13 cake pan.
    4. 325 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
    5. FROST: For pistachio cake add 1--3 3/4 oz box of instant pistachio pudding after cake is mixed.
