    List of Ingredients


    • 5 green peppers, diced
    • 5 jalepeno peppers, diced
    • 4 qts. tomatoes, peeled and diced
    • 2/3 c. onion, chopped
    • 2 c. vinegar
    • 1 c. sugar (needs less)
    • 5 tsp. canning salt
    • 1 tsp. cinnamon
    • 1 tsp. nutmeg
    • 1 tsp. dry mustard
    • 2/3 tsp. red pepper


    Instructions


    1. Mix well and let simmer for 2 hours.
    2. TO THICKEN: skim off 1/2-3/4 c. juice (I do 1/2)---let cool. Mix 4-5 Tbsp. cornstarch (I do 5) and add to remaining juice.
    3. Seal in hot jars.
