    Easy and delicious casserole to make for dinner. Kids love this one.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 c. chopped onion
    • 1/8 tsp. minced garlic
    • 2 T. butter
    • 8 oz. can tomato sauce
    • 6 oz. can tomato paste
    • 1 (4 oz.) can green chile peppers
    • 12 oz cheddar cheese
    • 10 oz. corn chips (plain)
    • 2# hamburger
    • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    • 2 tsp. salt


    Instructions


    1. Sautee onion and garlic in butter, add browned hamburger, soup, sauce, paste, peppers, and salt. Cook on medium heat until comes to a boil. Put 1/2 of the corn chips on the bottom of 9x13 pan. Pour meat mixture over this and top with the remaining chips and cheese.
    2. Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
