List of Ingredients



• 1# ground beef
  
• 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  
• 1 can (15 oz) pizza sauce
  
• 1 pkg. (3.5 oz) sliced pepperoni, chopped
  
• 1 can (2 1/4 oz) sliced olives, drained
  
• 2 c. (8 oz) mozerella cheese, shredded
  
• 3/4 c. Biscuit/baking mix (Bisquick)
  
• 2 eggs
  
• 3/4 c. milk
  






Instructions



1. In large skillet, cook beef and green pepper: drain. Stir in pizza sauce, pepperoni and olives.
   
   
2. Transfer to a greased 11x17 baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese.
   
   
3. In small bowl, combine buscuit mix, eggs and milk until blended.
   
   
4. Bake, uncovered at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
   
   
5. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
