    Ham Balls

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2# ground ham ( 4#)
    • 3/4# hamburger (2#)
    • 1/2# ground pork (1 1/3#)
    • 1 large egg (4)
    • 1 c. graham crackers, crushed ( 2 2/3 c.)
    • 1 c. milk ( 2 2/3 c.)
    • SAUCE:
    • 1 can tomato soup (3 cans)
    • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard (1 1/3 tsp.)
    • 1 c. brown sugar (2 2/3 c.)
    • 1/3 c. vinegar (1 c.)


    Instructions


    1. Mix all the meatball ingredients together and shape into 1/2 cup balls or so.

    2. Mix the sauce and pour over the balls.

    3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

    4. Can make these into 3/4 c. mini loafs, too.
