    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 Cup non-fat , no-cholesterol mayo
    • 1/2 Cup plain yogart
    • 1 Tablespoon chopped onion
    • 1 Tablespoon parsley
    • 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 to 2 drops of hot pepper sauce


    Instructions


    1. Combine all ingredients.
    2. Chill in the refrigerator until ready
      to use.
    3. Wash veggies that you like.
    4. Place bowl of dip in center of plater,
      and place veggies all around.
    5. Makes 1 cup of dip.
