    • 1/4c. lite soy sauce
    • 1/4c. dry sherry or Madeira wine
    • 1T. dry mustard
    • 2T. olive oil
    • 1t. ground ginger
    • 1t. sesame oil
    • 8 drops hot sauce
    • 2 garlic cloved, minced
    • 2 (3/4 lb.) pork tenderloins
    • 1/2c. apple cider vinegar
    • 3 dozen party rolls
    • Jezebel Sauce (listed in sauce catagory)


    Instructions


    1. Combine first 8 ingredients in a shallow dish or heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag; add tenderloins.
    2. Cover or seal, and chill 8 hours, turning tenderloins occasionally.
    3. Remove tenderloins from marinade, reserving 1/2c. marinade; combine reserved marinade and apple cider vinegar.
    4. Cook tenderloins, covered with grill lid, over medium hot coals about 20 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion registers 140 degrees.
    5. Turn occasionally and baste with marinade mixture during first 15 mins. of cooking time.
    6. Remove from heat; slice and serve warm or chilled with party rolls and Jezebel Sauce.
    7. Yield: 10-12 appetizer servings.
