    List of Ingredients


    • 2T. horseradish
    • 2T. mayo
    • 1t. Worcestershire sauce
    • 1/2t. salt
    • 8 oz. cream cheese, room temp.
    • 6 thin slices boiled ham


    Instructions


    1. Beat horseradish, mayo, Worcestershire, salt & cream cheese until it reaches spreading consistency.
    2. Place 1 ham slice on a sheet of wax paper. Spread 1/5 of horseradish mixture.
    3. Layer with remaining ham & horseradish mixture, ending with a ham slice.
    4. Wrap in wax paper. Freeze 2 hours or overnight. Cut into small cubes.
    5. Spear each cube with a toothpick. Let stand 1 hour before serving.
    6. Makes 36 appetizers.
