    List of Ingredients

1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup salted butter at room temperature
1 (16 oz) package confectionary sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla

1 (6 oz.) bag Nestle semi-sweet chocolate chips
    3 T. solid vegetable shortening
6 (1 oz.) pkts. Nestle Toll House Choco Bake
2 cups Nestle white chocolate chips

    Recipe

Line two packing sheets with wax paper. In a medium-sized bowl, mix peanut butter, butter, vanilla, and sugar with hands to form a smooth dough. Mixture will be very stiff. Shape into balls using two tsp. for each. Place on wax paper and press down slightly with the palm of hand to form discs. Refrigerate until chocolate is melted. Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips and 2 T. shortening in a small pan over low heat. Stir constantly until melted. Stir in Nestle Toll House Choco Bake packets. Dip peanut butter discs into chocolate, covering the whole disc. Refrigerate again for a few hours. Melt white chocolate chips and 1 T. shortening in a small pan on low heat. With a teaspoon, drip small white spots onto the chocolate discs. Refrigerate until set. Keep refrigerated.
