    Favorite Ham 'N Potato Bake

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (101/2oz) can condensed cream of celery, chicken, or mushroom soup
    • 1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
    • dash pepper
    • 4c. sliced potatoes
    • 1c. diced cooked ham
    • 1 sm. onion, sliced
    • 1T. butter
    • paprika


    Instructions


    1. Combine soup, milk and pepper. In buttered 2qt. casserole, arrange layers of potatoes, ham, onion, and soup sauce.
    2. Be sure ham is covered to prevent drying. Dot top with butter; sprinkle with paprika.
    3. Cover. Bake in a 375 oven fo 1 hour. Uncover; bake 15 mins. more or until potatoes are done.
    4. Makes: 4-6 servings
    5. Variation: substitute 1c. diced cooked chicken for ham.
