    List of Ingredients


    • 4 slices bacon
    • 3/4c. chopped onion
    • 1 (10 1/2oz) can condensed cream of celery soup or cream of chicken
    • 1/4c. water
    • 2-3T. vinegar
    • 1/2t. sugar
    • 1/8t. pepper
    • 4c. sliced cooked potatoes
    • 1/4c. chopped parsley


    Instructions


    1. Cook bacon until crisp; remove from skillet; drain and crumble.
    2. Cook onion in bacon drippings until tender. Blend in soup, water, vinegar, sugar, and pepper.
    3. Heat; stir now and then. Add potatoes, parsley, and bacon; simmer 5 mins. Serve hot.
