    List of Ingredients


    • 2lb. chicken parts
    • 1/4 c. flour
    • 1/4c. butter
    • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed chicken gumbo soup
    • 1/2 soup can water
    • 2T. ketchup


    Instructions


    1. Dust chicken with flour; brown in butter. Stir in soup, water, and ketchup.
    2. Cover; simmer 45 mins. or until chicken is tender. Stir often.
    3. Makes: 4-6 servings.
