    List of Ingredients


    • 1 can condensed cream of vegetable, celery, chicken or mushroom soup
    • 1/4 to 1/2c. water
    • 2-4T. dripings or butter


    Instructions


    1. When preparing gravy for roast or fried meat, remove meat from pan and pour off and measure drippings.
    2. Pour can of soup into pan; stir well to loosen browned bits.Blend in water and drippings for thickness desired.
    3. Heat; stir often.
    4. Makes: 1 1/2 cups gravy
    5. Serve with fried chicken, roast beef, roast pork, pork chops, hamburgers or baked ham.
