Banana Push-Ups

- 2 large bananas, cut up
- 1/2c. instant nonfat dry milk
- 1c. plain yogurt
- 6oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1c. water
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender. Whirl until foamy.
- Pour into paper cups and freeze. Push up from the bottom of the cup.
