Grilled Spicy Corn

• 2T. butter
  
• 4 ears corn with hush
  
• 1T. taco seasoning mix or lemon pepper
  






Instructions



1. Heat coals for direct heat. Mix butter and taco seasoning mix.
   
2. Carefully pull back husk of each ear of corn and remove silk.
   
3. Spread butter mixture over corn. Pull husks back over ears, tie husks securely with thin piece of string.
   
4. Cover and grill 4-5 inches from medium heat for 20 to 30 minutes turning frequently until tender.
