Teriyaki Grilled Chicken

List of Ingredients
- 1/3c. brown sugar
- 1t. ground ginger
- 1c. beef broth
- 1/3c. soy sauce
- 2T. cornstarch
- 1/4c. sherry
- 1T. oil
- 4(6 oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Instructions
- In a saucepan, dissolve the sugar and ginger in the broth and soy sauce, bring to a boil.
- Mix the cornstarch with the sherry and add to the sauce. Reduce heat and simmer until sauce thickens. Cool.
- Brush the oil over the chicken breasts. Grill over medium heat for 8 mins. per side. Brush frequently with sauce while cooking.
- Brush 1 final time and serve.
