    • 1t. SEASONED SALT
    • 2 LB. CUBE STEAK
    • 2T. OIL
    • 1C. MILK
    • 1 PKG. COUNTRY GRAVY
    • 2C. COLD WATER


    Instructions


    1. MIX FLOUR AND SALT.
    2. DIP STEAKS INTO MILK AND COAT WITH FLOUR.
    3. FRY STEAKS IN OIL UNTIL DONE.
    4. EMPTY GRAVY MIX.
    5. STIR IN WATER UNTIL SMOOTH.
    6. COOK UNTIL THICK.
    7. SERVE OVER STEAKS.
