    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. thin veal cutlet
    • 1 egg, beaten
    • 1/2c. bread crumbs
    • 2T. shortening
    • 1 (10 1/2oz) can condensed tomato soup
    • 1/2 soup can water
    • 1/4c. minced onion
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • dash thyme
    • 4 oz. mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
    • Grated Parmesan cheese


    Instructions


    1. Dip veal cutlet in egg, then in bread crumbs. Brown in shortening in oven proof skillet.
    2. Add soup, water, onion, garlic, and thyme. Cook over low heat 45 mins. or until tender; stir now and then.
    3. Top with cheese; sprinkle with grated Parmesan. Broil until cheese melts.
    4. Servings: 4
