Baked Sweet Potatoes with Honey Butter

• Sweet potatoes
  
• cinnamon
  
• 3T. butter
  
• 1/4c. honey
  






Instructions



1. Preheat the oven to 400. Wash and scrub 1 potato for each serving.
   
2. Prick each with a fork several times. Bake for about 45 minutes to 1 hour or until done.
   
3. Cut each potato open, sprinkle with cinnamon, and serve with honey butter. (blend butter with honey)
