    List of Ingredients


    • 8 med. potatoes, sliced
    • 1/4c. butter
    • 3/4c. chopped onion
    • 1/4c. flour
    • 1/4t. salt
    • 1t. Worcestershire sauce
    • 3c. milk
    • 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
    • 1/2c. cracker crumbs
    • 1/8c. butter


    Instructions


    1. Cook potatoes; drain. Melt 1/4 c. butter in large saucepan.
    2. Add onion; saute until tender. Blend in flour, salt and worchestershire. Gradually stir in milk.
    3. Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens. Boil 1 min.
    4. Remove from heat. Add cheese and stir until melted. Place potatoes in an 11x7x1 1.2 inch dish.
    5. Pour cheese sauce over potatoes. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs that have been combined with 1/8c. butter.
    6. Bake at 350 for 30 mins.
