    • 3c. diced cooked potatoes
    • 1c. cream of mushroom soup
    • 1/2c. cooked mushrooms
    • 1(8oz) carton sour cream
    • 1c. grated cheddar cheese
    • 1/4c. diced onion
    • 2T. butter


    Instructions


    1. Mix soup, sour cream, mushrooms, onions, and cheese.
    2. Fold in potatoes. Put in a shallow baking dish, dot with butter and bake at 350 for 1 hr.
