    4 c Mashed potatoes (8 to 10
    1 tb Butter or margarine melted
    1/4 c Dry bread crumbs
    1/4 ts Garlic powder
    fresh chives
    1 ts Dried chives or 1 tb snipped
    1 pk Cream cheese, softened (8-oz
    1 c Sour cream (8 oz.)
    large)
    1/2 c Shredded cheddar cheese


    In a large bowl, combine potatoes, sour cream, cream cheese, chives and garlic powder.
    Turn into a greased 2-qt.
    casserole.
    Combine bread crumbs with butter, sprinkle over potatoes.
    Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes.
    Top with cheese and serve immediately.
