    Cube cut potatoes (skins on) baked with a coating of Ranch dressing & then some

    List of Ingredients




    4-5 medium to large potatoes
    1 small bottle of your favorite Ranch dressing
    1 tsp garlic powder or seasoned salt

    Recipe




    Cut pototoes into medium cubes (leave the skin on) and put into large bowl. Pour enough Ranch dressing onto potatoes and toss until coated. Use non-stick pan spray to prevent sticking on large cooking sheet. Spread potatoes onto sheet (be careful not to pour excess dressing). Sprinkle with garlic powder or seasoned salt and bake at 375(pre-heated) for 30 minutes or until tender. Serve with Ranch dressing or Salsa for dipping.
