Chicken Caesar Salad

3 Tbsp. (45mL) Mrs. Dash� Classic Italiano Seasoning Blend, divided
4 (1 lb) (454g) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 Tbsp. (15mL) extra virgin olive oil, divided
3 Tbsp. (45mL) Parmesan cheese, grated
2/3 cup (160mL) fat free Caesar salad dressing
8 cups (2L) romaine lettuce leaves
1/2 cup (120mL) plain dry croutons
Recipe
1. Preheat grill to medium high.
2. Brush chicken with olive oil, roll in 2 Tbsp. (30mL) Mrs. Dash� Classic Italiano until well coated.
3. Cook on grill for 5 minutes, turn and cook for another 5 minutes or until juices run clear when pierced.
4. Remove from grill and cool; cut into short strips; set aside.
5. In a large salad bowl, combine 1 Tbsp. (15mL) Mrs. Dash� Classic Italiano, and Caesar dressing.
6. Add the lettuce and toss.
7. Place chicken and croutons on lettuce.
8. Sprinkle with cheese.
