List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 (10 oz) cans Rotel tomatoes
- 2 (15 oz) cans Ranch style beans
- 3 (10oz) cans Minestrone soup
- 1 (15oz) can cream-style or plain corn
Instructions
- Brown beef with the onion. Drain. Combine all ingredients in a large pot.
- Simmer for 2 hours.
- Makes: 6-8 servings.
