List of Ingredients



• 2 lb. stew beef
  
• 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  
• 1 can tomatoes
  
• 1/2c. tomato ketchup
  
• 4 small potatoes, diced
  
• 1 can mixed vegetables
  
• 1 can tomato sauce
  
• 4 carrots, diced
  
• 1 small onion
  
• 1/2c. chopped bell pepper (optional)
  
• 1/2c. celery (optional)
  






Instructions



1. Mix all ingredients. Cook over low heat for 2 hours.
