Deer in Beer

- 2 lb. deer meat
- 1/4t. salt
- 1/4t. pepper
- 2 cans beer
- 1/2c. brown sugar
- 2T. molasses
Instructions
- Place meat in a large bowl and pour beer over it. Cover and marinate in refrigerator overnight.
- Next, remove venison and pat dry, then pour marinade in saucepan and cook over med. heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
- Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper. Place in a large skillet, then pour beer mixture over it.
- Cover with a lid, bring to a boil . Reduce heat and simmer for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
