    The texture and taste of this bread is just like English Muffins, and it's GREAT toasted!

    List of Ingredients





    Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. Water
    2 tsp Sugar
    1 tsp Salt
    1/4 tsp Baking Soda
    3 c. Bread Flour
    3 Tbls. Nonfat Dry Milk
    2 tsp. Yeast

    Recipe





    Directions
    Put all ingredients into the machine in the order that is suggested by your machine's manufacturer.
    Use the regular bread cycle.

    Note: The top of the loaf should come out slightly sunken, which is normal for this bread.

    Yum!
