    A SPECIAL TREAT WHILE DIETING

    List of Ingredients





    1/2 c. plain lowfat yogurt
    2 tbsp. chopped fresh mint
    1 tbsp. honey
    1 tsp. grated orange rind
    Fresh mint sprigs, optional

    Recipe




    Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; mix well. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes. Garnish with mint sprigs, if desired. Serve with fresh fruit. Yield: 1/2 cup (about 17 calories per tablespoon). Protein 0.8; Fat 0.2; Carbohydrate 3.3; Cholesterol 1; Iron 0.1; Sodium 10; Calcium 28.
