    1/2 cantaloupe, cut into small cubes
    1 cup fat free milk
    1 1/2 cup ice
    1 - 2 teaspoons sugar or Splenda sugar substitute

    Recipe

    Blend all ingredients until smooth.
    Check if sweetened to taste.
    Makes 4 servings.
