List of Ingredients

1/2 cup chilled strong black
...regular or decaffeinated coffee
1 1/4 cups toffee or caramel ice cream
2 tablespoons caramel or amaretto syrup
1/3 cup cold sparkling water
1/4 cup sweet whipped cream
1 tablespoon toasted chopped almonds, optional


Recipe

Use a blender/food processor to mix coffee, ice cream,
syrup and sparkling water until smooth.
Top with the whipped cream and almonds.
Makes 1 serving.
