Honey Lemonade

1 cup honey
1 cup hot water
3/4 cup fresh lemon juice
8 cups cold water

Stir honey and hot water over low heat until blended.
Let cool and add lemon juice and cold water.
Refrigerate until used.

Or to make individual servings:
Pour 4 tablespoons of honey and water mix, 1 1/2
tablespoons lemon juice and 1 cup water per person
into iced glasses.
Makes 8 servings.
