1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
coca cola soda
1 scoop vanilla ice cream

Strawberry Ice Cream Soda

1/4 cup strawberry syrup
splash of milk
seltzer water
1 scoop strawberry ice cream

1/2 cup pineapple syrup
splash of milk

Original Root Beer Float
(Black Cow)

2/3 cup root beer soda
1/2 cup scoop vanilla ice cream


Recipe

General directions:
Put syrup in the bottom of a large, tall glass.
Add seltzer water/soda to within 2 inches of the lip
of the glass, stirring as pouring.
Add one large scoop of very firm ice cream, trying to
get it to straddle the lip of the glass, yet still in
the seltzer enough to begin reacting with the bubbles
to create a foamy head.
Top with whipped cream.
Serves 1.

for root beer float:
Scoop vanilla ice cream into a frosted 12 ounce glass.
Add root beer soda until it reaches top of glass.
Serve immediately.
