    MochaChino Mixture

    your coffeepot
    12 Tablespoons ground coffee, (yes 12)
    10 measuring cups cold water
    3/4 cup dry non dairy coffee creamer
    1/2 cup chocolate syrup
    1/2 cup sugar

    Brew the coffee with the water in your coffeepot.
    Use a large container with a lid to combine the hot
    coffee, with the creamer, syrup and sugar.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Let cool to room temperature.
    Cover and refrigerate for up to 1 week.

    For 1 serving:
    Place 1 cup chilled mochacchino mix
    and
    1 cup ice in a Blender.
    Process until all the ice is crushed
    and the drink is frothy, approximately
    1 - 2 minutes.
    Fill a glass and place a dollop of topping
    on, if desired.

    *For a more flavorful version, freeze half
    the mix in ice cube trays and use instead of
    the plain ice cubes.
