    Mocha Coffee Cooler

    1 cup cold water, (8 ounces)
    3/4 cup cold milk, (6 ounces)
    1/4 cup light cream, (2 ounces)
    1 tablespoon instant coffee crystals,
    ...regular or decaffeinated
    3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
    2 tablespoons white granulated sugar
    1 cup ice cubes
    whipped cream

    Combine everything except ice cubes in a
    blender until smooth. Add ice and blend
    until just crushed. Top with whipped cream,
    if desired.
    Makes 4 servings.
