    Whole Lemonade

    List of Ingredients

    3 large lemons, scrubbed, unpeeled and cut into eighths
    1 1/2 cup white granulated sugar
    1 cup + 6 to 7 cups water, separated

    Recipe

    Combine lemons, sugar and the 1 cup water in a blender.
    Blend until coarsely chopped.
    Strain through a fine sieve into a pitcher.
    Add the 6 to 7 cups water to taste and stir.
    Serve in glasses over ice cubes.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
