scratch - Blackberry Wine Cake
12-14 servings
1 batch yellow cupcake batter
1 small package Jello, blackberry or raspberry
1 cup Blackberry Wine
Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Bake in greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 24-55 minutes. Cool in pan 25 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool.
Serving suggestions:
1. Serve with fresh fruit such as strawberries and raspberries. Top with whip cream.
Storage suggestions:
cover with plastic wrap. Will stay fresh up to 3 days.
