Broccoli Ham Ring
1/4 pound ham
1/4 pound broccoli
1 small onion
1/2 cup fresh parsley
6 ounces shredded Swiss cheese
2 Tablespoons Dijon style mustard
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 packages crescent rolls
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Coarsely chop ham, broccoli and onion with a food
chopper.
Finely snip parsley sprigs.
Mix all ingredients except crescent rolls and set
aside.
Arrange crescent triangles in a circle on a 15 inch
baking stone with bases of the rolls over lapping in
the center and the points to the outside. There
should be a 3 inch diameter circle in the center.
Evenly spoon filling over base.
Fold points of triangle over filling and tuck under
base at center. Filling will not be completely covered.
Bake 25 - 30 minutes or until golden brown.
