    List of Ingredients




    3/4 c. white granulated sugar
    4 plain bagels, sliced in half
    butter
    1/2 c. raisins
    4 eggs
    1 quart milk
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. lemon extract
    cinnamon

    Recipe



    Sprinkle the sugar into the bottom of a medium size crockpot/slowcooker.
    Butter the bagels and then cut into chunks. Sprinkle over top of the sugar.
    Sprinkle the raisins over buttered bagels.
    Beat the eggs in a bowl until they are frothy.
    Stir in the milk, vanilla and lemon extract and then pour over the bagel chunks in the crockpot.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon, but do Not stir.
    Cover and cook on high for 2 hours.
    When done, spoon it into dishes and serve with milk, whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
