crockpot - Chicken + Cornbread Stuffing Casserole

4 - 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 small box stove-top Cornbread Stuffing,
...or your own homemade
1 10oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 10 3/4oz. can cream of broccoli with cheese soup
1/2 c. chicken broth


Recipe

Lightly butter a 3 1/2 quart crockpot/slow cooker.
Place the chicken breasts in the bottom.
Mix together the remaining ingredients and place on top of the chicken.
Cover and cook on low 6 - 7 hours.
Makes 4 servings.
