    Crockpot - Creamy Spinach

    List of Ingredients




    2 10oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry
    2 c. cubed cream cheese
    1/4 c. cubed butter
    1 1/2 c. cubed Cheddar, Parmesan or American cheese
    3 slightly beaten eggs
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper

    Recipe



    Butter the crockpot/slow cooker.
    Combine the cream cheese, butter and cheddar cheese with the spinach.
    Mix in the eggs.
    Stir the flour, salt and pepper together and then combine with the spinach mixture.
    Pour the mixture into the crockpot.
    Cover and cook on high for 1 hour, then on low for 4 - 5 hours.
