crockpot - Lasagna Pizza
2 pounds ground sausage,
...(hamburger, turkey or chicken)
1/2 of a pound box lasagna noodles,
...(cooked al dente to package directions,
...drained and rinsed with cold water)
4, 14 ounce jars homemade style pizza sauce
1 pound chopped Pepperoni
5 cups pizza cheese
Brown and drain the sausage.
Use a 5 quart crockpot and layer as follows:
1/2 the sausage
1/2 the noodles
1/2 the sauce
1/2 the pepperoni
1/2 the cheese
Repeat layers.
Cook on low for 5 hours.
