    Salmon Casserole

    List of Ingredients

    1/2 c. diced carrots
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1 16oz. can pink salmon
    1 c. cooked macaroni
    1 10 3/4oz. can cream of celery soup
    salt and pepper to taste

    for first topping:

    1 c. bread crumbs
    2 tbsp. butter

    for second topping:

    1 c. grated cheese

    Recipe

    Cook the carrots and onion in salted water until tender, then drain.
    Drain the salmon and remove the skin and bones; flake into small pieces.
    Add the carrots and macaroni and mix well.
    Stir in the soup, and the salt and pepper to taste.
    Spoon into a casserole dish.
    Mix the crumbs and butter together and sprinkle over top of the salmon mixture.
    Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
    Top with the grated cheese and bake an extra 5 minutes.
