    Fresh Fruit + Gelatin Bowl

    List of Ingredients

    1, 6 ounce package lemon gelatin
    1 cup boiling water
    1, 12 ounce can frozen lemonade concentrate
    1, 12 ounce can ginger ale soda
    1 1/4 gallon container with FRESH cut up fruit,
    ...such as peaches, kiwi, bananas, cherries, strawberries, grapes, cantaloupe, watermelon, and nectarines

    Recipe

    In a really large bowl stir gelatin and boiling water together until the gelatin is dissolved.
    Add the lemonade concentrate and ginger ale and stir to blend.
    Add the fruit and stir well to coat all the fruit.
    Let cool, then cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
    Serve in a watermelon shell, if desired.
    Makes 1 1/2 gallons.
