    Brownie Mix #1

    2 1/4 cups sugar
    2/3 cup cocoa (clean inside of jar with paper towel after this layer)
    3/4 cup chopped pecans
    1 1/4 cups flour mixed with 1 tsp. salt

    Layer ingredients in jar in order given.
    Press each layer firmly in place before adding next ingredient.Attach recipe card to jar.

    Brownie #1

    You will need:
    3/4 c. melted butter
    4 beaten eggs

    Empty the mix in alarge mixing bowl and stir to combine. Add melted butter and eggs.Mix until completely blended.
    Spread in a greased 9x13" pan.Le cool completely in pan.
    Cut into 2" squares.Makes 2 dozen.
