beverage - Creamed Coffee, 6 flavors

basics:
1/2 cup instant coffee
1/2 cup + 6 Tablespoons granulated sugar
1 cup + 2 Tablespoons instant creamer

Grind coffee granules into a powder, using a
coffee bean grinder. Grind sugar into a power.
Mix together in a small bowl. Then store in a
sealed container.
Makes 18 servings.

To make:
Place 2 Tablespoons of mix in a cup. Add 1 cup
of boiling water and stir.


Varations:
Vienna flavor:
add 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

French flavor:
use 1/2 cup French flavored creamer
with the 1 cup of regular creamer

Swiss flavor:
add 4 Tablespoons cocoa
and with 1 cup plus 4 Tablespoons sugar
- Note: use only 4 teaspoons of
this mix in a cup of boiling water

Viennese Chocolate:
add 4 teaspoons cocoa
and 4 Tablespoons French vanilla creamer

Belgian flavor:
add 4 Tablespoons Hazel-nut flavored creamer
with 1/2 cup + 6 Tablespoons of plain creamer
