    Cajun Seasoning Mix

    2 T. chili pepper
    2 T. paprika
    2 1/4 tsp. granulated garlic
    1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
    1 1/2 tsp. dry oregano
    1 1/2 tsp. dry thyme
    1 T. cayenne pepper
    3/4 tsp. fresh ground black pepper

    Combine all ingredients in a mason jar and shake well. Makes about 1/2 cup.

    Sprinkle on foods you like a hot flavoring
