Lamb - Barbequed Lamb Chops

Lamb - Barbequed Lamb Chops
3 pounds lamb chops
1/4 cup tomato sauce
2 Tablespoons barbecue sauce
2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 Tablespoon cider (brown) vinegar
1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
2 Tablespoons packed brown sugar (or to taste)
Trim chops if necessary.
Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl.
Baste both sides of the chops and leave to marinate for at
least 20 minutes (or until ready to cook).
Sear chops on each side on grill, brush with glaze as you
turn them.
Turn and baste frequently during cooking.
Serve with favorite pasta and potato salads.
Serves 6.
