- Whip cream with a small amount of sugar.
- Cover one side of a biscuit with the whipped cream. Cover another biscuit and place it on top of the first biscuit. Keep creaming the biscuits until you get a stack.
- Once you have a stack of biscuits, cover the entire roll with cream. You may wish to cover with grated chocolate or nuts.
- Refrigerate for 24 hours. The cream will make the biscuits soggy, which will turn them into a cake like texture.
- Once the chocolate roll has been refrigerated, cut slices on the diagonal. This will give each slice a 'ripple' effect.
