    7 minute Chocolate Riple Cake

    • chocolate biscuits
    • cream


    Instructions


    1. Whip cream with a small amount of sugar.

    2. Cover one side of a biscuit with the whipped cream. Cover another biscuit and place it on top of the first biscuit. Keep creaming the biscuits until you get a stack.

    3. Once you have a stack of biscuits, cover the entire roll with cream. You may wish to cover with grated chocolate or nuts.

    4. Refrigerate for 24 hours. The cream will make the biscuits soggy, which will turn them into a cake like texture.

    5. Once the chocolate roll has been refrigerated, cut slices on the diagonal. This will give each slice a 'ripple' effect.
