    List of Ingredients


    • 1 madeira cake (150g)
    • 2 tablespoons of sweet sherry (or any type of fruit liquer)
    • 1 packet jelly (raspberry)
    • 1 cup of boiling water
    • 425g can sliced peaches
    • 1/2 cup thickened cream
    • custard


    Instructions


    1. Cut cake into evenly sized squares. Place in bowl, and sprinkle with sherry

    2. Dissolve jelly in boiling water, then add cold water. Pour over cake. Place peaches on top of cake.

    3. Cover with custard, and refrigerate until set.

    4. Top with whipped cream and fruit to decorate.
